First Estonia-Russia ENI CBC Programme newsletter published
The first edition of the Estonia – Russia ENI CBC Programme newsletter has been published. The newsletter provides information on the programme objectives and the first meetings and programme events. Among the news is that the first call for proposals will be open from 17 January until 3 April 2017!
