    Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine

    On 14 November 2019 the ENI CBC Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine Programme 2014-2020 launched its third call for proposals with the deadline of 27 February 2020 (14:00 CET).

    The indicative budget of EUR 17,3 million is available for the following priorities:

    3.1. Promoting local culture and history along with tourism functions

    6.1.  Sustainable use of the environment in the cross border area

    7.1.  Development of transport infrastructure to improve the mobility of persons and goods

    8.1. Support to joint activities for the prevention of natural and man-made disasters as well as joint action during emergency situations

    8.2. Support to the development of health

    Applications must be submitted online via IMIS 2014-2020 Application Module .

    The second open call for proposals of the ENI CBC Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine Programme 2014-2020 was launched on 17 May 2017.

    The indicative allocation of the second call for proposals is EUR 22 million, available for all six priorities of the programme.

    This call is open for regular projects, defined as either infrastructure, soft with an infrastructure component (in both cases the budget share for the acquisition of infrastructure is below EUR 2,5 million) or soft project, within the minimum and maximum grant size.

    The deadline for submission of the project proposals to the one-round call is 30 November 2017 (2nd corrigendum) at 23:59:59 CET

    The first Call for Proposals of the Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine European Neighbourhood Instrument Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 has been launched on 15 February 2017 by the Hungarian Prime Minister’s Office. This office acts as the Managing Authority (MA) of the programme and the Slovak Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine act as the National Authorities (NAs) in the programme.

    The indicative allocation of the first Call for Proposals is 22 million EUR, available for four different priorities of the programme as follows:

    • Priority 6.1: Sustainable use of the environment in the cross border area – preservation of natural resources, actions to reduce GHG emission and pollution of rivers
    • Priority 7.1: Development of transport infrastructure to improve the mobility of persons and goods
    • Priority 7.2: Development of ICT infrastructure and information sharing
    • Priority 8.1: Support to joint activities for the prevention of natural and man-made disasters as well as joint action during emergency situations.
